Construction Logos

Construction industry is one of those industries which will stay in demand, in normal to good economic conditions. The chance of the construction work being automated is distant and so, overall it’s a lucrative industry. If your client is from the construction industry, you need to understand that construction companies mostly rely on contracts, and bids to gain business where their branding does play a key role. And so, when they come to you asking for a custom designed construction company logo, try to breakaway from the clichés of adding a building image, some tools or icons of bricks etc to create the logo.

I personally believe that designers need to be more bold and unconventional with logos now. You can give the construction company a brand new, sleek, 21st century look but using the right type face. Remember to keep the logo uncluttered since most of these construction company owners will use the logo to create outdoor signage specially in areas where they have projects in.
